Daccache s.a.r.l. is using the latest technology
in greenhouse manufacturing to supply the
agricultural sector with greenhouses for
the production of bananas, roses and others.
The multispan type of greenhouses has proved
its efficacity to satisfy various crop requirements.
Daccache s.a.r.l. through intensive
research and experience, has further improved
these greenhouses.

The frame of our multispan grennhouses
is made of galvanized steel (Sendzimir
Z 270 g/m2. in accordance with the requirements
of Din17162. The galvanized tibes have
a diameter of and section.

| Plant holders, horizontal tie beams
are made of the external tie beams are
made of 55 mm x 1.8 mm galvanized steel
tubes 32mm x 1.5 mm steel tubes directly
fixed to the Y plates, maintain the rigidity
of the trusses. |

| The posts are 60 mm x 1.5 mm galvanized
steel tubes. They are fixed at their upper
and to the Y plates, and at their lower
end to the concrete footings. |
|
| Trusses are constituted of arch sections
connected by interlocking on a metal cross,
sections made of a 55 mm x 27 mm x 13
mm tube offering greater resistance, which
facilitate the erection. Since the arch
sections do not turn round the cross,
these sections are fixed, at their lower
end, on the posts through robust link
plats called "Y". |
| Gutters are made of folded galvanized
metal sheets, providing a drop concentration
line. A downspont leader is provided at
end of slope. |
| The longitudinal stability of the structure
is provided at the first and last row
of posts, by a 55mm x 1.5 mm diagonal
steel tube. |
| Metal crosses are made of 55 mm x 1.8
mm and 27 mm x 1.8 mm galvanized steel
tubes. |

"Y" Plates are made of two
galvanized metal plates, 1.8 mm thick,
assembled according to drawing.
these plates link four main elements of
the structure: posts, arch sections, tie
beams and gutters. |

| All rings are made of 2 mm thick galvanized
metal sheets, offering effective binding
through " complete tightening". |
| Bolts and screws are of 6.8 minimum
class. |
Long side sliding doors are made of
two vertical panels, 2.14 m in Height
suspended from upper rails and covered
by nylon sheets. Casements doors are made
of one vertical panel rotating around
a vertcal axix, 2.14 m in height.
Door panels are made of 32 mm tubes assembled
according to drawings. |
| Covering is made of soft platic film
sheets according to manufacturer's specifications. |
A continuous roof opening on each house
provides an excellent ventilation, by
the importance of its span (up to 1m according
to the type of covering).
The opening operation is optionaly motorized. |
